Two start-up incubators
-  Cap Alpha (3,500 m²). Close to research centres, Cap Alpha hosts technology companies and startups involved with healthcare
-  Cap Omega (5,300 m²). Located in the Eurêka business park, Cap Omega is devoted to young startups specialised in information and communication technologies

Three business centres
Cap Gamma and Cap Delta (3,500 m² each) are designed for biopharmacy companies. The Millénaire business centre (4,000 m²) is specialised in information and communication technologies.

Two temporary workshops
Located in Montpellier and Prades-le-Lez, these workshops offer a temporary solution for growing small- and medium-sized companies.

Two Villages for Artisan Businesses and Services (VEAS).
Designed in partnership with the Hérault Chamber of Trades and Artisans, these villages offer artisan companies two types of workspace: office space or workshops with an office. The first VEAS, Parc 2000, is located in Montpellier's La Mosson district. The second, called Hannibal, is in Cournonsec.
