- East : close to major service-oriented zones, offering fast access to highways and to the airport; for example, Jean-Mermoz (13 hectares), Eurêka (50 hectares), Hippocrate (7 hectares), Le Millénaire (47 hectares), Odysseum (43 hectares) and Parc de Aéroport (34 hectares)

REDUCED TAX ZONE BUSINESS PARK
Located in Montpellier's La Mosson district, Parc 2000 (25 hectares) is part of the city's urban reduced tax zone, offering businesses significant fiscal incentives.
A NEW LOGISTICS ZONE
The future Via Domitia business park (124 hectares), located between Vendargues and Castries, is well-served by roads, highways, and rail transportation. This park will host industrial companies and companies specialised in urban logistics.
