In order to meet companies' needs, Montpellier Agglomération has focused on developing diversified solutions for property and office space : - 18 parks for business, technology, scientific, industrial, artisan, and edutainment parks.
- 2 start-up incubators: Cap Alpha, in Clapiers (North-East of Montpellier) equipped with biotech labs, for companies in technology and healthcare fields, conveniently close to nearby research centres and universities; Cap Omega for companies in the Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) sector, located in the Eureka business park, close to the business district, international airport, motorways, and other major businesses, including IBM, Dell, and PalmSource.
- 3 business centres: Cap Gamma and Cap Delta, specialised in biopharmacy and life sciences, located in Euromédecine Park in Grabels (just north of Montpellier), and the Millénaire business centre, specialised in Information and Communication Technologies.
- 2 temporary workshops where SMEs can rent space for a limited period of time (in Montpellier and Prades le Lez).
- 2 Artisan and Service Villages (VEAS): Hannibal in Cournonsec, and Parc 2000 in a reduced tax zone in Montpellier.
